28th January 2006 Kite surfing: ynyslas Wind Direction: ne Wind Stength: strong in morning Surf / Sea State: chop Air Temperature: whoooooh Sea Temperature: told it was cold Weather: sunshine Max Speed: Distance Covered: arrived early to meet Al on his way back from the estuary proclaining WIND!!!!! yep sure was wind ,loads of it!!!!!!!!!! Chris arrived and we both waited till it settled before going out, me on the 7 yarga and Chris on his 11 sonic. stayed out for and age having a good time before we both came in for lunch ..........oh those dry suits!!! later in the afternoon Leo turned up and together with Daz thast made 3 11 mtre sonics and one 11 yarga (me) was amazed to find that i was still keeping up with the sonics even when the wind dropped, in fact was managing to even better them at times! top session coming in after dark . oh yes the beers in the evening when a bonus after the beef curry!!!!!!! top day. |
